Welcome to the Swingin' P Ranch - a rustic family ranch that has evolved into an event venue with lodging.

The Swingin’ P Ranch is a 160-acre working cattle ranch in Boyd, Texas. In addition to raising cattle and producing our own hay, we have opened our ranch up to guests looking for a quiet country retreat for family or corporate gatherings.

We opened our home to others in 2020 with the construction of the 2-Bedroom Barn Loft.  We had many requests for more space, so we added the 4 cabanas in 2023.  Check out all of our lodging choices at Tipsy Toad Retreat.
